Shipping Information

  • Processing Time: Orders are generally processed and shipped within 8-12 days from the confirmation date. (excluding weekends and holidays). Personalized items may take longer. If your order includes both personalized and non-personalized items, the non-personalized items will be shipped first.
  • Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping within India on all orders above Rs 10000 International orders and returns do not qualify for free shipping.
  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
  • Multiple Packages: Orders containing personalized or thewa gold jewelry may arrive in separate packages.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Policy:You can only return the items if those are damaged or not in perfect condition.
  • Non-Refundable Costs: Any original shipping charges are non-refundable for returned items.
  • Missing Items: If you claim to have returned multiple items but not all are received, the company may deduct the missing product's MRP (Manufacturer's Recommended Price) from your refund. This includes promotional items like free gifts and silver coins.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are initiated after we receive the returned product at our warehouse.

Replacements & Exchanges

  • Availability: You can request a replacement or exchange for your order. The same conditions apply as for returns. Replacements will ship only after the initial return is picked up or delivered (for gold items).

Return Process

  • Initiating a Return: You can initiate a return request through our website or app, or by contacting our Customer Support team.
  • Pickup Availability: Please be available for the reverse pickup and answer calls from the delivery partner to avoid delays.
  • Reverse Serviceable Pincodes: While most locations have both forward and reverse pickup services, some may only have forward service. In these cases, you might need to return the product via a different courier service (like India Post) with a maximum reimbursement of Rs. 70 for shipping costs. Charges exceeding Rs. 70 (including return shipping, duties, taxes, etc.) will be deducted from your refund.
  • Non-Serviceable Pincodes: For non-serviceable pincodes, you are responsible for returning the jewelry to our warehouse. A maximum of Rs. 70 will be refunded towards your shipping costs.

Missing or Empty Parcels

  • Reporting: In the unlikely event you receive an empty parcel or missing product, please contact Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery. We require a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel to process your request.
  • Insufficient Evidence: Insufficient evidence or signs of tampering with the package may result in a rejected claim. The brand reserves the right to make the final decision in such cases.
